Evanhoe & Associates, Inc. is a prime awardee under the VETS 2 GWAC. The VETS 2 GWAC offers a unique contribution to the federal acquisition community. The VETS 2 GWAC enables GSA to continue its support of the SDVOSB Procurement Program, while helping federal agencies achieve their socioeconomic goals and objectives. It is designed to meet a variety of diverse agency IT requirements, including new and emerging technologies.

The Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IT solutions and services under this GWAC include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.

Chief of Naval Operations (NCO) mandated Seapower 21 as a means to meet the need for a more effective and cost-efficient Navy. To meet the objectives of Seapower 21 and increase procurement efficiency, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport- Next Generation Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle.

Evanhoe has access to the STARS III vehicle through our Joint Venture, True North Joint Venture, LLC. Our joint venture consists of geoConvergence, LLC and Evanhoe & Associates, Inc., formed through a Small Business Administration approved All Small Mentor-Protégé agreement. True North Joint Venture is a team of Geospatial Intelligence and Information Technology companies with a combined 40 years of experience serving commercial and government customers.

The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program allows federal, state, and local government buyers to purchase commercial products and services at competitive prices. It operates as a fixed price contract with an indefinite delivery and quantity (IDIQ), providing a streamlined acquisition process. The MAS program also offers benefits such as access to nearly 4,000 vetted professional services contractors and reduced procurement lead time. Evanhoe has access to this program as a subcontractor to Goldschmitt and Associates LLC.

Evanhoe provides a broad range of technology services to further Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in its mission to support the United States warfighters worldwide with this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with access through Small Business prime Sawdey Solution Services, Inc., the 8(a) Prime, CompTech, and Large Business Prime, KPMG.

Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) IDIQ is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that has a five-year base period and five option years and is a set-aside program for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses that covers general management and business support services to VA. Evanhoe has access to Service Group 1 as a sub to JJR Solutions and Service Groups 2 and 3 as a sub to Goldschmitt and Associates LLC.

The Geospatial Support Services 2 (GSS2) MAC IDIQ facilitates consistent, aligned, and unified GSS for improved shared situational awareness and decision making across the various echelons of military hierarchy including individual unit level (e.g., squadron), installation level, and management headquarters level. Support may include technical assistance at Headquarters Air Force, Centers, Field Operating Agencies, Numbered Air Forces (NAFs), Main Operating Bases (MOBs) and reach-back support to forward deployed military personnel at Forward Operating Locations (FOLs) as well as a surge capability to quickly respond to wartime, contingencies and manmade or natural disasters. Evanhoe is a prime awardee on GSS2 through True North, our Joint Venture with GeoConvergence. 

Evanhoe has access to the Department of the Air Force, National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) Scientific and Technical Intelligence Analytic Capability Support (NOVASTAR) IDIQ as a subcontractor to Altamira Technologies Corporation. The IDIQ provides intelligence support and analysis for NASIC missions across multiple intelligence disciplines. These requirements support the creation, evaluation and analysis of intelligence data on foreign developments in current and future weapon systems, subsystems, and technologies. 

Evanhoe has access to multiple agency-specific Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, enabling streamlined procurement and rapid support for various federal agencies.
